Warehouse AssistantLocation: Pembroke, MAEmployment: Seasonal (May-August) and/or (October-January)Report To: Warehouse + Inventory ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, packing, and shipping goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and a safe, organized work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveriesCheck goods against delivery notes and report damages or discrepanciesPick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in an organized and accurate mannerLabel, store, and organize inventory correctlyOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock countsKeep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organizedFollow company procedures and health & safety regulationsAssist with general warehouse duties as requiredPrepare shipments for carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)Assist with returns and exchanges processingRequirements and SkillsPrevious warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not requiredAbility to perform physical tasks, including lifting (typically up to 40–50 lbs) and standing for long periodsBasic numeracy and record-keeping skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood time management and organizational skillsWillingness to follow instructions and safety guidelinesActive driver’s license and willingness to drive company vehiclesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Forklift license or willingness to obtain one (advantage)Experience with Shopify, inventory systems, or shipping software (preferred)Working ConditionsMay involve shift work, including weekends or eveningsWarehouse environment with physical activity
