This Personal Banker role is within PNC’s Retail organization and will be based in Burlingame, CA. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial well‑being. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer’s share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion. Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred, along with related experience or product knowledge to perform primary duties. Minimum of 3+ years of experience; a comparable combination of education, experience, and any relevant certification is acceptable. Required certifications/licenses: None. Additional background checks will be conducted per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $49,500.00 – $82,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education.
