Driving strategic projects and ensuring operational excellence, the full-time Bilingual Business Project Lead will work remotely to optimize business processes, enhance data flows, and foster collaboration across departments within the Contact Center Services & Solutions division. Key responsibilities: Conduct thorough research and data analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making Lead the integration of fraud detection systems and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency Manage strategic projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field; Master's Degree preferred Minimum five years of experience in business analysis or data analysis within the financial services industry At least three years of project management experience focusing on strategic initiatives Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional or Project Management Professional preferred Advanced proficiency in data modeling and business process modeling
