At Family Orthodontics of the Palm Beaches , we are passionate about creating confident smiles and delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team!

Position Details

• Monday through Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Requirements

• 2-3 years of orthodontic experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance and dental terminology preferred
• Experience in sales and presenting treatment plans required
• X-Ray Certification preferred
• CPR Certification preferred
• Must be willing to travel to our Lake Worth office as needed

Key Skills

• Ability to confidently present financial treatment plans to patients
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of dental insurance benefits and coordination
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a flexible team player
• Experience in both front office coordination and clinical orthodontic workflows is a plus
