Registered Nurse Rehabilitation

$1713.60/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized inpatient rehabilitation nursing care to patients recovering from illness or injury. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and promote health outcomes. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans for inpatient rehabilitation. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns. Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and post-discharge care. Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols at all times. Qualifications: Hold an active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state. Possess at least one year of clinical experience in inpatient rehabilitation or similar settings. Maintain current BLS certification; AHA certifications in ACLS and PALS preferred. Demonstrate strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Be willing to float within the hospital as required.
