The Opportunity As a Sales Consultant, you are responsible for owning the entire customer experience — from the first conversation to final payment. This is a field sales role, not a desk job. Generate opportunities through door-to-door canvassing and referrals Inspect properties for storm damage Educate homeowners on the roofing + insurance process Guide customers through insurance claims Close deals and sign contingency agreements Meet with insurance adjusters on-site Review estimates with homeowners Oversee installs and stay involved through completion Communicate consistently with customers Collect payments and finalize projects Track everything inside our CRM You’re not just selling roofs — you’re running your own book of business.
