We foster a supportive, high-performing culture with opportunities for growth, collaboration, and career advancement – both clinically and professionally.WHAT YOU'LL DO:This hybrid role combines surgical assisting with relationship-building and community outreach.Clinical (Primary Focus):Assist surgeon chairside during oral surgery procedures with precisionMaintain sterile technique and prepare treatment roomsMonitor patients and support safe, efficient proceduresDocument care accurately and manage surgical instrumentsDeliver a calm, confident, and compassionate patient experiencePractice Relations, Marketing & Outreach:Build and maintain relationships with referring dental offices in the Issaquah and surrounding communitiesConduct local office visits and drop-ins to maintain consistent presence while representing the practice with professionalism, energy, and purposeCoordinate and support Lunch & Learns, events, and referral engagementCapture content to support social media efforts and assist with local marketing strategiesTrack outreach activities, referral insights, and opportunitiesWHAT YOU BRING:Active RDA license (WA) + radiology certificationBLS certification (or within 1 month of hire)Strong clinical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitySelf-starter mindset with strong organization and time managementValid driver's license for local travelPreferred: Oral surgery experience, DAANCE, sedation experience, or marketing/event exposureWHAT WE OFFER:Medical, Dental, Vision, Life InsurancePTO, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, Paid Parental Leave401(k) with Company MatchShort/Long-Term Disability + EAPMileage reimbursement for outreachCompetitive Pay, Bonus potential, and career growth opportunitiesWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
