Ideally you also have direct experience with regulatory agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Regional Water Quality Control Boards, and/or state wildlife agencies. As a senior professional, you are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing budgets and schedules, mentoring, directing, and supervising junior staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical work. Collaborating with colleagues with diverse expertise is exciting for you, and you are also comfortable working independently.
