This role offers flexibility with both W2 and 1099 options available, allowing you to choose a model that fits your needs while delivering high-quality care and performing advanced procedures such as intubations, chest tubes, and critical care. This role can offer up to $616K and a $50,000 Bonus depending on the package you choose.Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations). Mid-level support during peak hours.Pay Summary:W2 Employee Option (Living in the Community): Base Compensation: $250/hr. Quality Bonus: $10/hr (paid quarterly). Annualized: Approximately $561,600 based on 2,160 hours/year, including bonuses. Sign-on Bonus: $50,000 (treated as a forgivable loan over 3 years).
