What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients based on the nursing process
• Monitor and assess patient vital signs using telemetry equipment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Delegate tasks appropriately and support team workflows
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
• Respond swiftly and effectively to patient needs and emergent situations
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and standards
• Maintain a professional, culturally sensitive approach in all interactions

What You Need

• Current active RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience within telemetry or ICU settings
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using healthcare software and clinical documentation systems
