Licensed Clinician - LMFT, LCSW or LPCC

Job Title Licensed Therapist – part‑time or full‑time, 25–40 hours per week, at‑will hourly position at Grow Through Life Counseling. Operational support in office and clinical consultation is provided. Key Responsibilities Provide assessment, treatment planning, and care for own caseload across the lifespan Review and sign treatment notes Collaborate with the Regional Practice Director Collaborate with other departments to maintain a great client care experience Follow established clinical protocols and procedures at all times Represent the practice positively and professionally at all times Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid license as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California (BBS) Strong interest in providing direct care Complete documentation within 72 hours Ability to work prime‑time hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed Proficient computer skills in Google Workspace and EHRs Quick learner of new programs, systems, and processes Basic office skills: copier, laser printer, fax, telephone, computer Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment within guidelines Effective written and oral communication and social skills Excellent written and verbal skills, correct punctuation and grammar Bilingual fluency a plus High degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and accountability Professional image and demeanor Exceptional time management and organizational skills with capacity to handle high volumes of detailed work, multitask, and manage timely documentation Consistent, punctual, reliable attendance Strong ability to communicate effectively and work well with others in a collaborative, respectful manner Compensation The base hourly rate for this position is $50–$58. Pay and other compensation elements are contingent on experience, education, skills, and other factors.
