Physician Assistant

We are a multidisciplinary neurology, pain management, addiction medicine, and behavioral health practice seeking a professional, clinically strong Physician Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a PA who values autonomy, structured workflows, and a patient‑centered environment. You will work directly with our physician and clinical team to deliver high‑quality care, manage follow‑up visits, and support continuity of treatment across specialties. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations including neurological and pain‑related assessments Perform follow‑up visits and manage ongoing treatment plans Document thoroughly in EMR with accuracy and compliance Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate Collaborate with physician leadership on complex cases and care plans Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment expectations, and specialty care Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols, compliance standards, and documentation requirements Qualifications Graduate of an accredited PA program Current South Carolina PA license (or eligibility) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Experience in neurology, pain management, addiction medicine preferred but not required Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative communication with supervising physician Professionalism, reliability, and strong patient‑interaction skills Schedule & Location Columbia, SC — Millwood Avenue Competitive salary based on experience Supportive leadership and structured workflows Opportunity to gain specialty experience across neurology, pain management, behavioral health, and addiction medicine Stable practice environment with clear protocols and expectations #J-18808-Ljbffr
