Experienced Class A CDL Drivers Wanted
A small American-owned trucking company is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers ready to move into a lease program with strong freight and competitive pay.
We run consistent refrigerated freight with established customers and provide drivers the opportunity to operate newer equipment while earning strong weekly revenue.
Position Highlights
- Average $2,000 $2,500 weekly take-home potential
- 75% of gross revenue option available
- Refrigerated freight averaging $2.00+ per mile
- Straight Lease and Lease Purchase programs available
- No money down
- No credit check required
- Company signs for the truck
- $50 per hour detention after 2 hours
- Reefer fuel paid by the company
- Newer model trucks available
- Paid orientation (flight and hotel provided)
- Medical, dental, and vision options available through TrueNorth
Freight & Running Lanes

- Primary power lanes along I-80, I-90, and I-94 corridors
- Strong miles available
Home Time
- Flexible home time
- Most drivers stay out 23 weeks to maximize earnings
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 12 months or more tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to run OTR routes
