We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Residential HVAC Installation Technician who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and wants to grow with a team that truly supports its people.

• Competitive starting pay of $29/hour and up , based on experience

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime available as needed

Position Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality residential and light commercial HVAC system installations
• Handle equipment changeouts, full system installs, ductwork modifications, and related projects
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry best practices on every job
• Keep job sites clean and protect customer property at all times
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication
• Collaborate effectively with the installation crew to ensure projects are completed correctly and efficiently

Qualifications

• Solid previous experience installing residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation techniques and mechanical systems
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical instructions
• Dedication to safety, quality craftsmanship, and ongoing learning
• Reliable work ethic and professional demeanor
