Welder – Manufacturing – Base Salary to 26.00/hour – Gallatin, TN Our client, a U.S.-based manufacturer of specialized truck equipment and transportation products, is seeking a Welder for their production facility in the Gallatin, TN area. This position is responsible for MIG welding steel components used in manufactured equipment and requires the ability to read blueprints and maintain quality standards throughout the fabrication process. Hours for this position are Monday– Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm. Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding on steel components according to blueprint and drawing specifications Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, measurements, and production drawings Verify fit-up, alignment, and measurements before and after welding Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Maintain clean and organized work areas while following workplace safety procedures Work with production and fabrication teams to meet manufacturing schedules and quality expectations Qualifications: Experience performing MIG welding in a manufacturing, fabrication, or production environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production drawings Experience working with steel components and fabricated assemblies Ability to accurately measure and verify dimensions using standard measuring tools Compensation: Base salary in the 18.00 – 26.00/hour range 401k with 100% company match up to 6% after 1 year Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 50% employee-only coverage after 90 days Company-paid life insurance and partial disability coverage after 90 days Optional short-term and long-term disability coverage after 90 days Paid vacation, holidays, personal days, and volunteer day Annual eye exam and prescription glasses reimbursement Cell phone reimbursement up to 50/month Tuition reimbursement program Gym membership reimbursement up to 40/month Company-provided uniforms Paid maternity and paternity leave after 90 days Employee referral bonus program Employee equipment purchase program after 90 days #J-18808-Ljbffr
