• Hiring for 1st shift: $23.40, 8-10 hour shift, occasional weekend work

Welding Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 23.40 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 03:00pm)

• Ensure safety of welding operations through knowledge and training of welding techniques.
• Continually operate in a safe manner by always following Toyota Material Handling's (TMH) safe practices.
• Utilize MIG welding style as primary weld technique.
• Perform gas cutting and finishing, along with joint leakage checks as necessary.
• Utilize industrial tools to grind metal parts as part of the forklift assembly process. Materials may vary in thickness and size.
• Maintain quality standards of welding and setup.
• Additional duties as assigned

Welding Associate Qualifications:

• Must have previous MIG welding experience
• Must successfully complete and pass TMH's weld certification process.
• Possess knowledge of flammable materials.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds repetitively.
• Able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Experience or knowledge in spot and robot welding is preferred.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
