Physical Requirements: Requires heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects over 50 pounds; repetitive motion tasks. Job Summary This position provides ultrasound imaging for the Department of Radiology in emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings. The sonographer will perform abdominal, pelvic, 1st trimester OB, small part, peripheral venous, and pediatric specific exams (e.g., pylorus, echoencephalogram, hips). Per Diem Pay Level I – 96 hours any shift / 6-week schedule = $43/hour Level II – 144 hours any shift / 6-week schedule = $51/hour Level III – 216 hours any shift / 6-week schedule = $59/hour Level IV – 216 hours on nights / 6-week schedule = $67/hour Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
