CT Tech Position

Our client, a leading health system in Westminster, CO, is seeking a CT Tech to perform high-quality CT images and exams, providing essential patient care within the medical imaging department while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures, providing safety for self, patients, and all other individuals.
• Practices all rules and regulations pertaining to radiation safety, reducing personal and patient exposure to "as low as reasonably achievable" (ALARA).
• Produces quality images in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
• Provides information and instruction to patient and/or family regarding the procedure and responds to their physical and emotional needs.
• Observes patient and equipment during the procedure and reports/documents unusual occurrences and records patient's condition.
• Performs IV starts and contrast administration as required.

Requirements

• Required**:
• High School Diploma or GED
• ARRT (CT), ARRT(N), ARRT(T) or CNMT registry required or ARRT (R) with CT training
• State Radiology Tech license for those working at a Kansas site
• BLS, American Heart Association
• One (1) year of related experience
• Preferred**:
• Associate's Degree, is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday Nights, 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Compensation

• $35.43 - $59.68/hour
