Role Description 3CRE is seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Real Estate Agents to join our growing Commercial and Residential divisions. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Cincinnati, Ohio, offering flexibility to work from home while maintaining an active presence in the market. Agents will be responsible for building and managing their own client pipeline, representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, and property owners throughout the transaction process. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new commercial and residential business opportunities. Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and client consultations. Prepare offers, contracts, leases, and transaction documents. Negotiate purchase agreements and lease terms on behalf of clients. Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, investment opportunities, and marketing strategies. Perform market research and comparative market analyses. Build long-term client relationships and referral networks. Maintain accurate records within CRM and transaction management systems. Collaborate with fellow agents and participate in networking and community events. Uphold all legal, ethical, and professional standards in every transaction. Qualifications Active Ohio Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License. Experience in residential real estate, commercial real estate, or both. Strong sales, prospecting, and business development skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong work ethic. Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. Experience with investment properties, commercial leasing, or new home sales is a plus but not required. Familiarity with Cincinnati and the surrounding Midwest markets is preferred. Proficiency with CRM systems, MLS platforms, and Microsoft Office is beneficial. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Why Join 3CRE?
