Shift: Day, 4x10-Hour (06:30 - 17:00)

Description: CVOR Tech. Days. First timers accepted. One year experience required NBSTSA or NCCT in hand. Scrub experience required. Call is required and averages about 10 days per month and that includes weekends.

We are a high-acuity Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) specializing in complex open-heart and vascular procedures. Our team thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where clinical excellence and collaboration are key. We are seeking experienced professionals who are confident and current in both heart and vascular surgery to join our team.

We currently run four rooms daily and are expanding to maintain all four rooms until 1700, ensuring we meet the growing needs of our patients. We are traveler-friendly and offer flexible scheduling whenever possible to support work-life balance and continuity of care.

Job Requirements & Qualifications: Previous charge experience, one year of experience, NBSTSA, NCCT certifications, skills in abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, aseptic technique, atherectomy, atrial septal defect repair, cardiomyoplasty, cardiothoracic robotic surgery, carotid endarterectomy, community hospital, coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), CVOR, endovascular aneurysm repair, endovascular aortic repair (EVAR), femoral popliteal bypass graft, laparoscopic assisted cases, laparoscopic cardiac surgery, lung resection-thoracotomy, mitral valve replacement, pericardial window, sterilization/disinfection, teaching hospital, TEVAR (thoracic endovascular aortic repair), transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), VATS (video-assisted thoracic surgery), vein stripping, ventricular assist device (VAD), Impella, robotic hearts and lungs.

Call required: 1-2 weekends/month and 1-2 weekdays per week.

Travel Compliance: RTO must be listed at time of submittal. Valid OK or Compact RN license required at time of submission. Valid allied license in hand if submitting to allied job (please ask AM if unsure). Local radius: 75 miles. Local rule: not accepted. Floating: Unless specifically stated otherwise, travelers will be expected to float to like units within their scope, as needed based on facility needs. Modules: Modules are non-billable, all hours are factored in NBORN average 4-6 hours, Allied 2-3 hours. Modules are completed onsite during orientation. Modules are recorded via transcripts.
