• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One evening each week (11:00 AM–8:00 PM)
• No call
• Up to 28 patients per week
• Structured outpatient environment
• Established EMR and team support
• $86,361.60 annual salary

• Up to 4 weeks vacation in year one
• 10 sick days, 2 personal days, and 12 paid holidays
• $1,000 CME allowance

• Mortgage assistance up to $5,000REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Active Massachusetts LADCI license
• Comfortable managing outpatient substance use caseloads
• Trauma-informed, team-based approach
• New graduates welcome if fully licensed
