Shipping/Logistics Clerk
Our client in Des Moines is looking for an experienced shipping/logistics clerk. Strong knowledge of the shipping and receiving process is required. This is a full time, temp-to-hire role. This position may require working between 2 facilities on the NE side of Des Moines.
Starting Pay: $19.50/hour Hours: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday, OT as needed Duties:

Our client in Des Moines is looking for an experienced shipping/logistics clerk. Strong knowledge of the shipping and receiving process is required. This is a full time, temp-to-hire role. This position may require working between 2 facilities on the NE side of Des Moines.

- Process and troubleshoot customer orders.
- Resolve order discrepancies as needed.
- Coordinate and update warehouse employees regarding new and modified orders.
- Review shipping and receiving reports to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
- Process, audit, and file shipping documentation.
- 1+ years of experience working in a customer service role within a logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of BOLs.
- Strong customer service skills and attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills.
