Join our team as a Maintenance Manager to provide leadership and direction for all maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production equipment, utilities, and facility systems while supporting overall plant performance.

A Day in the Life | Responsibilities We Trust You With:

• Plan, implement, and sustain a preventative maintenance program for all equipment
• Direct and participate in necessary repairs to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Evaluate maintenance needs and recommend new equipment or design improvements
• Maintain plant systems including air, refrigeration, steam, and HVAC
• Ensure all regulatory reports and certifications are completed (inspections, environmental, safety, etc.)
• Coordinate insurance inspections, environmental audits, and energy audits
• Enforce safety rules and take action to address hazards
• Maintain strong housekeeping standards in maintenance work areas
• Manage maintenance supplies and parts to minimize waste and loss
• Evaluate maintenance requests and determine repair vs. replacement solutions
• Conduct hazard analyses for new equipment, processes, and materials
• Support and enforce safe work practices and policies
• Oversee training and development for maintenance employees
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and all plant policies
• Support flexible scheduling, including overtime/weekends as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Must Know | Education and Experience:

• 4-year degree or relevant experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment (CPG preferred)
• 7–10 years of supervisory experience
• 5+ years of progressive maintenance management experience in a food processing environment
• Strong computer skills
