Per Diem Medication-Trained CNA (TMA) — Wadena, MN

Prudential Healthcare Staffing LLP is hiring dependable, medication-trained Certified Nursing Assistants for flexible per diem shifts in Wadena, Minnesota.

Pick Your Own Shifts Week by Week:

Choose available shifts based on your weekly schedule. This is a per diem position, so hours and shifts are not guaranteed.

Requirements:

• Active Minnesota CNA certification.
• Current TMA/medication administration certificate.
• At least six months of experience in long-term care or assisted living.
• Ability to complete required onboarding and facility documentation.
• Reliable transportation to Wadena.
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications within the approved TMA scope.
• Record medication administration accurately.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the supervising nurse.
• Follow resident care plans and facility procedures.
• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and facility staff.
