Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Looking for a flexible part-time office position with room to grow? We're a well-established manufacturing company seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Schedule: • 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM • 3 days per week • Opportunity to grow into a 5-day-per-week position What You'll Do: Enter sales orders Process invoices Receive inventory into our system Handle banking and general office duties Answer phones and respond to emails Data entry and record keeping Support both our office and production teams What We're Looking For: Previous administrative experience (manufacturing experience is a plus!)
