About Our Client Addison Group is partnering with a growing organization in the defense equipment space that is experiencing increased demand and expanding its contracts and proposal team. This is an onsite opportunity offering long‑term stability and growth. Job Description The Contract and Proposal Specialist will support the preparation, coordination, and administration of proposals and contractual agreements. This role works cross‑functionally to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of all documentation related to bids and contracts. Key Responsibilities Prepare and organize proposal documentation in response to customer and bid requirements Review contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies and compliance standards Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, operations) to gather required inputs for proposals and contracts Track deadlines and manage timelines for proposal submissions and contract execution Maintain accurate records of contract documentation and updates Assist in identifying risks or discrepancies within agreements and elevate as needed Support ongoing contract administration, including modifications and renewals Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of experience in procurement, contracting, or proposal development. Experience with government contracts and public sector procurement strongly preferred. Proven ability to draft and manage complex contracts, solicitations, and technical documentation. Strong ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English). Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
