Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Provide tailored patient and family education, ensure safe and appropriate interventions, and stay current with nursing standards and regulations.
