The Role Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and information. This highly visible role provides authentic connection and has a direct impact on creating a positive guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries through in-person and telephone communication. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Host. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills Ability to stand for long periods of time Must have open availability – this position is anticipated to work primarily afternoon shifts and occasional overnights. Weekend, holiday and some day shifts will also be required.
