Job Position: RN / Facility Administrator / Director of Nursing

Location: Hammond, LA 70403

Salary: 75k-90K DOE

Shift: 8a-4p - M-F

Description: Experienced RN/Administrator/DON responsible for overseeing clinical operations, regulatory compliance, staffing, and daily facility management within a pediatric healthcare setting while ensuring high-quality patient care and operations efficiency.


This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with Louisiana regulatory standards, supervising nursing services, managing staff operations, and maintaining quality patient care for medically fragile and technology-dependent pediatric patients. The role requires strong leadership in healthcare administration, coordination of
interdisciplinary teams, oversight of policies and procedures, and support of safe, effective day-to-day facility operations. The RN/Administrator/DON must
maintain current licensure and certifications while bringing pediatric nursing experience and healthcare management expertise to the organization.

Requirements:
Active RN licensure, TB, CPR, BCLS, PALS, and OIG/SAM clearances. Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with medically fragile children.
