Description Job Title: Assembler Location: Heber Springs, AR Employment Type: Contract (12 months) Industry: Manufacturing Compensation: $18.00 /hr. What You’ll Do: Assemble electrical and electronic components, wiring, subassemblies, and support structures using tools and techniques such as riveting, soldering, and micro‑welding. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, diagrams, work orders, and specifications to determine assembly requirements and instructions. Inspect, adjust, repair, clean, and replace components to correct defects and ensure assemblies meet required specifications. Position, align, mark, and tag components accurately to support efficient wiring, assembly, and inventory tracking. Package completed assemblies for shipment, safely move materials using hoists or hand trucks, and collaborate with supervisors and engineers to resolve production issues. Job Requirements What You’ll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of experience in electrical or electronic assembly, including installation of components, wiring, subassemblies, or support structures.
