Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Title

Compensation from $34.00/hour to $36.00/hour - (based upon experience) – PLUS additional PT, PRN, Evening, Night and Weekends shift differentials! & Additional clinical premiums for experience!

Status/Shift:

• Full-Time Day 7:00am-3:00pm - $5,000.00 Sign On Bonus
• Full-Time Evening 3:00pm-11:00pm - $5,000.00 Sign On Bonus

*All including rotating weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

• Active Practical Nurse licensure (in state of job location) required
• One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Active CPR certification preferred
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Performs resident assessments.
• Participates in daily resident rounding.
• May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
