Certified Nurse Midwife Opportunity

Quincy Medical Group is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a growing, collaborative women's health practice serving patients across the full continuum of care — from routine gynecology and prenatal services to in-hospital and birth center deliveries. This is a full-scope practice opportunity for a midwife who values both clinical excellence and meaningful patient relationships.

QMG's birth center is one of only five such facilities in the state of Illinois, offering a rare and distinctive practice environment for midwives who believe in the value of low-intervention, patient-centered birth in a safe, supported setting. The incoming CNM will join a team structured for long-term sustainability, with a call schedule that is moving toward a 1:3 ratio as the team expands.

Practice Environment

• Full scope of practice in a comprehensive women's health setting
• Outpatient clinic serving patients across all stages of women's health — from adolescence through menopause
• Deliveries at both Blessing Hospital and QMG's birth center, one of only five in Illinois
• Collaborative OB/GYN team with a defined framework for determining the right care setting and right provider for each patient — a model that respects the distinct value of midwifery
• Growing midwifery team with a path to a 1:3 call schedule

What We're Looking For

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with current or eligible Illinois licensure
• Commitment to full-scope midwifery practice, including both clinic and delivery settings
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to team-based care
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary OB/GYN environment
• Passion for patient-centered birth and women's health across the lifespan

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $84,697.60 - $127,046.40 annually, with actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, call pay, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
