Orthodontic AssistantWe are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in Wylie, TX. This position is ideal for an experienced orthodontic assistant who is confident chairside, comfortable with digital workflows, and takes pride in providing an excellent patient experience.Applicants must have at least 1 year of orthodontic experience and reside within 15 miles of Wylie, TX to be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide chairside orthodontic assisting, including bracket adjustments, appliance delivery (RPE, Herbst), and retainer bondingPerform digital scans for appliances and aligners using an iTero scannerAssist with in-house printing and fabrication of retainers, including Essix and Hawley retainersTake panoramic and cephalometric X-rays and intraoral photographsPrepare patients for treatment and provide instructions on appliance and retainer careMaintain accurate patient records and documentationFollow sterilization, infection control, and clinical safety protocolsSupport efficient patient flow and daily clinical operationsQualificationsCurrent Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certificationMinimum 1 year of orthodontic chairside experience requiredExperience with digital scanning and orthodontic workflowsExperience with or willingness to learn in-house printing and fabrication processesStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsReliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilitiesFamiliarity with dental software and electronic patient recordsMust reside within 15 miles of Wylie, TXBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) with company match
