ECPC Clinical Support (MA, LPN) Location: 9336 Blakeney Centre Drive, Suite 100B, Charlotte, NC 28277 Reports to: Director of Clinical Operations Schedule: Part-time (Hourly), Flexible, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Job Summary ECAA is seeking part‑time Medical Assistants to provide clinical support in an interventional pain management setting. This role involves assisting providers, delivering patient care, and ensuring efficient clinic operations. Ideal candidates will be patient‑focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist providers with patient assessments, procedures, and treatments. Perform vital signs, medication reconciliation, and patient intake documentation. Prepare procedure rooms, ensure proper sterilization, and assist during interventional pain procedures. Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and post‑procedure care. Administer medications and injections as allowed by licensure and practice protocols. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control guidelines. Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system (eClinicalWorks preferred). Support clinical workflow by managing patient triage, scheduling, and follow‑ups as needed. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care. Qualifications Medical Assistant (MA): Certification preferred (CMA, RMA, or equivalent). Previous experience in pain management, orthopedics, or a similar specialty preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team‑based environment. Proficiency in EHR systems (eClinicalWorks experience a plus).
