Become our Lead Restoration Specialist - Water, Fire & Mold Damage (WRT/AMRT Certified) and put your expertise in property restoration, disaster recovery, water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, and mold remediation to work in a role where leadership comes naturally!THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLECore ResponsibilitiesCarry out water extraction, emergency water removal, dehumidification, structural drying, water damage and fire restoration workAssist with mold remediation and microbial remediation projectsInstall, inspect, and maintain drying equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, and other restoration equipment throughout the restoration processConduct moisture mapping, moisture detection, and document moisture readings, project milestones, and updatesComplete photo documentation, job documentation, digital job files, daily reporting, and insurance documentationPromote safe work practices while maintaining high standards of workmanshipInspect damaged structures and create effective mitigation effortsPrepare job sites through selective demolition, contents pack-out, contents inventory, and cleanup effortsLocation: Florence, SC - Rytech of the Pee Dee Pay: $20-$25/hour based on experience, and overtime Work Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits package offered, Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays, IICRC certification reimbursement and ongoing professional development Employment Type: Full-TimeRequirements For This RoleWRT (Water Restoration Technician)/AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) Certification required2+/yrs experience with water and fire restoration (water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and property damage restoration)Ability to manage projects independently Great customer and communication skillsClean driver recordWillingness to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysRytech Restoration is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and compliant work environment.
