Tryfacta is seeking a HR Nurse Practitioner for our client in Pittsburgh PA 15207. This is a temporary contract assignment. Position Title: HR Nurse Practitioner Location: Kane-Glen Hazel (955 Rivermont Drive, Pittsburgh PA 15207) Duration: 1 Month Work Schedule: Tuesday/Thursday 8a-4p Pay rate: $52.80/hr (20 hrs/week)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Administers pre-employment TB tests and completes a physical on all Community Living Center new hires.
• Maintains confidentiality of all employee information and assures that the employees' rights to fair and equitable treatment, self determination, individuality, privacy, property, and civil rights, are protected.
• Reviews and assures compliance with current health regulations for employee physicals, TB testing, and monitoring for communicable diseases.
• Responds to emergencies according to their scope of practice, e.g., falls, seizures, choking episodes, or cardiac emergencies
