Storage/Backup Infrastructure Specialist

Remote position available.
Issues in past: resumes read really well but hands on exp during interview does not show. Gap in what is listed on resume and what is their skillset.
Skills needed: Storage #1 (NetApp & Pure Storage), Backup #2 (Avamar & Data domains), VMware knowledge is needed as well.
Needs to have experience attaching storage arrays within VMware. Manage day to day tickets along with storage/backup duties.
Needs to have experience in deployment and architectural design, etc... Resume should not just have buzz words. Project oriented type of role so needs to be able to make decisions, put designs on paper and talk through them.
Needs to have Windows or Linux BG.
Migrating a lot of footprints into Azure so Azure experience would be ideal but not required. Will have training opportunities to get cert on Azure and other technologies. Best if they already have but not 100% required.
Flex schedule. 40 hours a week. weekends could.
Two on call rotations: One is every 15 weeks for any issues that arise and the second one is monthly patching rotation (every 7 months) patch server rotation.
Diploma is not required.
Two round interviews.
