The ultimate goal is to execute production deliverables of maximum quality in a profitable manner. Lead Equipment production and shop floor activity to optimize resources. Drive equipment production performance, timely execution of required production plan, implementation of RCA and related corrective actions Provides input for the Equipment production strategy. Plan, implement, monitor and review production schedules.
