Responsibilities Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team. Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences. Metrics – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success. Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency. Teamwork – Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence. Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising. Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards. Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs. Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, upholding company policies. Qualifications Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities. Flexible Schedule: Availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail. Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
