Litigation Associate - Complex Commercial & Professional Liability

Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP is seeking an associate for our Litigation Department with 2–7 years of experience in professional liability or complex commercial cases. Responsibilities include managing a diverse caseload from inception through resolution; drafting and arguing motions; conducting depositions; preparing pleadings, discovery and trial materials; and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
