Applicants should have luxury hotel housekeeping experience and should provide outstanding housekeeping services ensuring that guests enjoy an experience which meets The Setai’s standards of excellence in guest service and quality. He or she should be very organized, efficient and self‑motivated while also being task oriented. Follow‑ups are essential. The individual must be responsible and have a good understanding of customer service. A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor OR five (5) years of experience as a Room Attendant in a luxury or boutique hotel is required. Responsibilities Provide outstanding housekeeping services that meet The Setai’s standards of excellence. Maintain organization, efficiency, and self‑motivation in daily tasks. Follow up on all housekeeping duties to ensure completion. Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service. Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor OR five (5) years of experience as a Room Attendant in a luxury or boutique hotel. Experience in luxury hotel housekeeping is required.
