Receptionist Position

Proper Insurance is currently hiring a full-time, in-house Receptionist. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional who will help deliver a white-glove experience to our growing list of property owners across the United States. This position requires confidence on the phone, comfort in a fast-paced office environment, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is not a remote position.

Applicants should not be afraid of the telephone and must be comfortable managing calls, assisting clients, and supporting internal team operations.

Compensation & Benefits

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
