Pay

• $23.75/hour (Turned a 5 day work week into a 4 day work week, adjusted pay so employees are making the same amount)
• 4 Day Work Week (32 Hours/Week)
• Pay Commissions
• Pay Residuals
• $50K-$60K/year first year potential

Job Summary

• We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging with them via phone and digital communication to schedule appointments and foster positive relationships. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive our client outreach efforts and contribute to our continued growth.

Duties

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills
• Schedule appointments accurately within our CRM or scheduling systems while maintaining organized records of interactions
• Use Microsoft Office tools for data entry, reporting, and follow-up correspondence
• Maintain a high level of professionalism during all client interactions, demonstrating strong organizational skills
• Collaborate with sales and client services teams to ensure seamless appointment management and client communication

Experience

• Previous call center experience or roles involving outbound calling is highly preferred
• Proven experience in customer support or client services roles demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for data entry and documentation
