Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Compensation: $750,000 guaranteed salary with an 18-month income guarantee
• Million-Dollar Potential: Uncapped RVU model with documented earning potential exceeding $1 million annually

Qualifications

• Degree: MD or DO required
• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
• Licensure: Eligible for New Mexico medical licensure
• Clinical Interests: Experience with coronary interventions; device implantation experience preferred
• Growth Mindset: Interest in helping develop and expand Structural Heart services
