The Process Operator will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.Key Responsibilities• Operate and monitor production equipment and systems in a safe and efficient manner• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times• Perform routine inspections, readings, and data logging• Identify and report equipment issues, abnormalities, or safety concerns• Assist with troubleshooting and basic maintenance tasks• Maintain a clean and organized work environment• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members• Participate in safety meetings and ongoing trainingQualifications• High school diploma or GED required• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Process Technology, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply)• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn• Basic computer skills and ability to document information accurately• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment• Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsWork Environment & Requirements• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed• Must be able to work in an industrial environment (heat, noise, outdoor conditions)• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
