About the Role

Success Academy is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our Network team and help us find the best talent. In this role, the Senior Specialist will partner with enterprise leaders to manage recruitment across the Network, making a lasting impact on our schools and the thousands of students we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for critical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.


• Partner with leadership to understand team needs, define hiring goals, and create innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies to attract top talent.


• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through networking, job boards, social media, and professional organizations.


• Ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience with Success Academy, regardless of outcome.


• Act as a trusted talent acquisition advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends, compensation, and best practices.


• Serve as a brand ambassador for Success Academy, effectively communicating the mission, values, and culture to potential candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting, preferably for tech roles.


• Experience using an ATS (preferably Greenhouse or a similar tool).


• Experience identifying trends and leveraging data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies.


• Ability to think as a true Talent Acquisition Advisor.


• Remarkable organizational skills and a relentless drive to improve efficiency.


• Exceptionally high standards for the quality of work and a reflex to improve at every turn.


• Ability to build strong relationships and thoughtfully navigate challenging situations.


• Strong problem-solving and clear communication skills.

This is a hybrid position based out of our NYC Financial District office, requiring on-site work Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Monday and Friday.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. This position is not bonus eligible.

Compensation Range

$105,000 - $120,000 USD
