Job Summary Our skilled nursing team delivers specialized care in orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. Perform wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis. Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding medication changes and treatment plans. Provide preventative and supportive care addressing the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients. Oversee the Nurse Aide team: assign duties, provide training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations. EPIC Team Requirements Current LPN license in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (or higher). High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to complex patient well‑being issues.
