In this role, the individual will serve as a central point of coordination for signature requests, KYC validation, agreement review, approval tracking, document retention, and distribution. This position ensures compliance with business-specific requirements, legal and regulatory obligations, governance standards, and operational risk controls. As a critical control function, this role guarantees document integrity, regulatory compliance, and accurate recordkeeping of executed agreements in order to mitigate risk. The team will provide a career path that can lead to working on increasingly complex assignments, significant and diversified career growth, and expanded autonomy.Basic Qualifications:Associate degree, or equivalent work experienceFour to six years of job-related experience, preferably in institutional trust and/or financial industryPreferred Skills/ExperiencePrior experience in contract administration, legal document review, client onboarding, KYC/AML processes, operational risk, or governance functions.Strong understanding of document control, execution authority frameworks, and regulatory requirements.Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage control-based processes.Ability to think on your feet and resolve complex problems with minimal supervisionEffective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsExperience with SharePoint, DocuSign, Excel, PowerBI, and other enterprise document management systems is preferredIf there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
