Position: Server Full-Time/Part-Time -unspecified- Description You are the memory the guest will remember most, you will be the embodiment of their breakfast experience. Your job is to provide friendly, attentive and timely service to help create an unforgettable breakfast experience for all of our guests. Performance Expectations Treat customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and meetings Make eye contact and greet guests enthusiastically Receive assignment at the beginning of each shift Respond promptly and courteously to guests' requests, ensuring the ultimate satisfaction with food, service, and ambiance Handle all food and beverage orders, and accurately enter orders in the point-of-sales system Be an adaptable and invaluable member of the team; deliver food and beverages, seat guests, bus tables, wipe down walls, etc. Perform side work at the beginning, middle and end of each shift according to outlines Maintain a clean restaurant, from tables to pantry, refrigeration units to host stands In a timely fashion, prepare the bill, deliver said bill and thank guests for dining with us Notify manager‑on‑duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience Success Patterns for this position May have experience working in customer service and/or the foodservice/hospitality industry (not always required) Has a reputation for giving great service to guests and co‑workers Can handle multiple tasks at one time Is able to work independently and as a member of a team Communicates professionally in person and on the phone Can maintain high energy during the entire shift Fun, energetic and loves to smile Prior experience recommended Possesses basic math skills Physical Requirements Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Possess basic math skills and be able to operate a point‑of‑sales system Be able to safely lift food and drink, frequently weighing up to 20–25 lbs Personal Characteristics Likes to have fun at work Is passionate about serving great food and giving great service Regularly makes people feel like they were the best part of your day Self‑motivated, especially under pressure Can accept constructive criticism and improve from it Can effectively manage emotions in the workplace Communicates effectively and efficiently Brings positive energy and enthusiasm in all interactions #J-18808-Ljbffr
