IT Support Technician

Legends Global Technology Maintenance CoordinatorUnder general supervision, schedules and coordinates maintenance of client computers, cable structure, inventory control, and telephone installation. This position is responsible for daily installation and maintenance of hardware, software, and peripherals for Legends Global technology functions.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist with inventory of all equipmentProvide Help Desk Support for Windows 10, Windows 11, and various programsProvide assistance with Office 365 user creation and license assigningPatching and terminating Cat 6Install computers and phones as needed for usersRunning and connecting network cables to vendors/exhibitors' boothsWork extended and/or irregular hours including nights, holidays, and weekends as neededOther duties as assignedSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
